You get out what you put in. Not only with training, but many aspects from mental clarity to nutrition.

Chaos and destruction keep you from getting bored. for example fixing a kitchen facet. If I really focused it could have been done in less than an hour, but you mix in some tequila and lime. 2 hours is just fine. Installation was easy, taking it out was the pain. None the less training to excess is also destructive.
